Please note: We do not sell Chinese manjha, so please do not call or WhatsApp us to buy Chinese manjha. You are also requested not to use Chinese manjha.

1. Shipping Policy:-

• Shipping Locations: We ship across India through reputed courier partners (India Post, BlueDart, TrackON, DTDC).

• Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.

• Express Delivery: Available at an additional charge; delivery within 2–4 working days.

• Tracking: A tracking ID will be shared via SMS/email once the order is dispatched.

2. Return & Exchange Policy:-

• Return Period: You can return or exchange products within 5 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

• Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or opened kites/manjha.

• Custom or bulk orders.

• Note: We do not exchange used products. Once used, kites and manjha cannot be resold.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer care within 5 days with order details and photos of the issue.

2. Once approved, ship the item back to us at your own cost.

3. Upon inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds: If applicable, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

3. Product Disclaimer:-

• All kites and manjha are handmade, so slight variations in colour, design, or weight may occur.

• We ensure safe packaging, but any transit damage must be reported immediately with photo proof.

• We strictly do not sell or promote Chinese manjha or plastic manjha.

4. Cancellation Policy:-

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Liability & Safety:-

• Manjha can be hazardous; always use it responsibly and follow local regulations.

• We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by improper use of kites or manjha.
